in place upgrade from NW6.0sp5 to NW6.5sp5+patches
followed by in place upgrade from Faxware 6.0 to Faxware 7.0 from CD
using AVM B1 PCI v4 card

Faxware 6.0 was running very well under NW6.0sp5
Mailgate and Postman configured to pass faxes to and from GroupWise 6.5.6
worked well

now we have problems:

1) AVM capi20.nlm loads ok, however when TLD ports start up they have capi
errors and TLDs close
2) mailgate does not stay loaded, but shuts on startup
3) we now have a David Postman port 1 (old one), and a new DvISE Postman
port 0, neither of which stay loaded
4) David console on server - F2 does not work to activate ports
5) we have a new David Grabber service - but I do not know what it is
6) the Tobit InfoCentre client replaces mapi32.d;; and stops GroupWise from
running properly, if we re-install GroupWise, then GroupWise is ok, but
tobit InfoCentre cannot connect to David server

can anybody offer any help please?
